Services Provided

The Company acts as a payment collection centre, collecting payments from authors on behalf of journals or individual publishers.

User Accounts:

To access certain features of Journal of Modern Medical Science, you may be required to create a user account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your user account.

Payments:

Authors are responsible for making payments for journal publication Journal of Modern Medical Science.
Payments made through Journal of Modern Medical Science are subject to the refund policy outlined separately.

Content Submission:

By submitting content for publication through Journal of Modern Medical Science, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.

You grant Journal of Modern Medical Science the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and display your submitted content for the purpose of publication.

Intellectual Property:

The content and materials available on Journal of Modern Medical Science, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from Journal of Modern Medical Science without the Company's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Journal of Modern Medical Science.

The Company's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access or use Journal of Modern Medical Science.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Journal of Modern Medical Science, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the services provided by Journal of Modern Medical Science or your breach of these Terms

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
